He has worked with organizations like EY, Microsoft, HCL and TCS over last 16 years. He held various roles at Microsoft during his 7.5 years of association and was instrumental in building the Cloud partner ecosystem grounds up in India. In a more recent role, he led Digital Transformation engagements with enterprises across industries. Sandeep also holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from University of Texas, Arlington (2003). Kallol Sil has over 26+ years of professional experience spanning across different industry verticals and market segments. He is well known figure within IT industry in India. He has held numerous leadership positions in leading multinational companies like Comparex, Ernst & Young, Microsoft, Computer Associates, Tata Unisys & Sonata Software. Most recently he was CEO of Comparex India (A global German IT Company) managing a business of INR 600 Cr+. Major part of his professional career has been with Microsoft India where he has spent highly successful 17 years. During this period he held numerous leadership positions including Regional Director for Enterprise & Mid-Market and Country Leader for Consulting Services. Kallol also had a successful stint with Ernst & Young LLP as Director & Head of Business Development. His charter was to lead the BD team across all EY service line of Advisory, M&A, Tax & Assurance. Kallol is an alumnus of Kolkata University & successfully completed numerous professional trainings in India & abroad including the “Harvard leadership program” from Harvard Business School. Kallol is also recipient of National Human Capital Leadership Award presented by World HRD Congress and Zee Business.
